Two of the most talented mexican Artists in the XX Century left an important legacy at these Musuems, the Blue House in Coyuacan and the Dolores Olmedo Museum in Xochimilco.
Visit the house of Frida Kahlo, she spent most of her life there and you will find some of her original paintings and a lot of her personal belongings kept very much the way she had them.
A very complete collection of Diego Riviera and Frida Kahlo's paintings where found at the impressive XVI Centruy Hacienda De la Noria, in Xochimilco.
Dolores Olmedo, an extremly wealthy mexican Lady got to collect paintings from each of the different creative periods of them both, Kahlo and Riviera.
This is a very pleasent and interesting Museum, since you really enjoy both; the old Hacienda Building and the Art Collection.
