Have fun while learning more about Monterrey and its history.
Itinerary
1) Pick-up at the hotel.
2) Visit to the Macroplaza.
Stroll around the plaza, whose 100 acres of space make it one of the world’s largest. View the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Monterrey Casino, the Neptune fountain and many other features.
3) Paseo Santa Lucia.
A traditional boat will take us on trip along the canal.
4) Parque Fundidora (Foundry Park). This is a place of entertainment, sport, the arts and learning. The park has children’s play facilities, while there is plenty of room for outdoors relaxation in the plazas, walkways, gardens and lakes. We will visit the Nuevo León movie and photography museum and the art gallery in the Arts Center.
5) Parrot House (Casa de los Loros). This is a theme park whose focus is environmental education for the conservation of bird species in danger of extinction. You will get to know more than 300 species of these group, which includes parrots, cockatoos, parakeets and many others.
6) Cultural Train Ride.
During the ride, a guide describes the most interesting features of the city center, including the Macroplaza and its surroundings, historic and modern buildings, and museums.
