Chichen Itza is the most important archeological zone of the Mayan World, the ancient capital of the Mayan Empire, served as the political and economic center of the Mayan civilization. Its various structures - the pyramid of Kukulkan, the Temple of Chac Mool, The Sacred Cenote, The Castle, The Hall of the Thousand Pillars, and the Playing Field of the Prisoners – can still be seen today and are demonstrative of an extraordinary commitment to architectural space and composition. The pyramid itself was the last, and arguably the greatest, of all Mayan temples.
Come and observe the extraordinary and highly decorated ceremonial architecture of its buildings, all built without metal tools.
Chichen Itza has recently been declared one of the new 7 wonders of the world and it is Human Heritage. This is something you just can’t afford to miss while you come on vacation.
Our tour begins picking up all the passengers from 7:00 am to 7:45 at the lobby of all major hotels and departs around 8:15 am in a deluxe motor coach with AC, WC and VCR or Van heading towards Valladolid City. Here the passengers will admire this beautiful city in a panoramic visit on board the Bus. After this short visit we will take 20 minutes to use the washrooms in The Kahua Community; we will arrive to Chichen Itza at around 12:30 getting into this wonderful archaeological site. Once inside we divide groups into English and Spanish speaking and take a 1 hour and a half guided visit. After the visit we are ready to take a delicious buffet lunch with typical Yucatan dishes as well as salads, main dishes of chicken, beef and fish and dessert, (drinks are not included), while watching regional people dancing folkloric music.
